The Campus Services HR operations team manages administrative functions that include employee data management, benefits administration, union position vacancy process, employee onboarding/off-boarding, and HR system management. Each team member supports a portfolio of business units to ensure accuracy and consistency with data management.

A job data change form must be submitted to your HR Operations contact (see contacts below) to initiate employee job changes. These changes include schedule changes, shift differential changes, working foreman status etc.…).
NOTE: Please have Maximo job data change forms into HR Ops by Friday for changes to be effective the following payroll week.
