- Manage contract life cycle including legal review process to ensure alignment with Office of General Counsel, Strategic Procurement, and others
- Negotiate agreements/contracts
- Support and advise on capital procurement and contracting
- Coordinate with business units to manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process from development and issuing to evaluating and awarding
- Provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures to minimize risk
- Interpret University policies and guidelines as established for capital project delivery
- Help business units identify in-house or external vendors, consultants, and products
- Ensure agreements are uploaded to Harvard’s Buy-to-Pay (B2P) system
